Bonding is a cosmetic procedure that can improve the appearance of teeth that are chipped, broken, cracked, stained or even to close gaps between teeth. With bonding, tooth-colored materials are adhered, or "bonded" to a tooth surface. A Bonding may also be used to protect a tooth's root surface which may have been exposed due to gum recession or tooth decay.

A dental implant is a great way to replace a missing tooth or multiple teeth. They are made of titanium, a metal well tolerated by the body and one that can form a strong bond with the bone to create a stable foundation. An abutment is then fitted to the top ot the implant to create an anchor for the placement of a crown, bridge or prosthesis. If you're tired of conventional dentures or removable partials, or you're looking for an attractive, comfortable, and permanent way to replace missing teeth, ask us about dental implants. They may be the answer.

Veneers are thin custom made shells that are designed to cover the front side of your teeth. Made of tooth-colored materials, veneers are used to close spaces between teeth and to repair teeth that are permanently stained, poorly shaped or slightly crooked. They are also used to repair teeth that are chipped or worn.

If your gums bleed, are red, swollen or tender, these may be signs of periodontal disease. If you notice that your gums are pulling away from your teeth, or if you have persistent bad breath or a bad taste, call us immediately to schedule an appointment. Periodontal disease is the number one cause of tooth loss over the age of 35, and 80% of the population is affected by it.
